Welcome to My Website

Licensed since 1989 and honing my real estate skills in the Toronto Real Estate Recession of the 1990’s I bring a lot of experience, knowledge and negotiating skills to my clients. Continually upgrading my real estate education I have stayed in touch with the changing times and understand the real estate trends, marketing , mortgage financing and the importance of technology in business.
Prior to real estate, I spent many years with Canada’s #1 travel company in a specialized area of “incentive” travel assisting top North American companies in designing and implementing international travel programmes as rewards for their top producers. This experience gave me insight into large scale marketing, finding and promoting specific and unique destinations and being responsible to our clients for their very large sums of money.

Raised and educated in Toronto, living in our west, central and east neighbourhoods, I am very familiar and comfortable working with buyers and sellers in any part of the Greater Toronto Area. After guiding people around the world from my travel days, finding our way around my hometown, Toronto, is a lot easier.

My 2 passions have been real estate and travel. On the travel side I love adventure, some of these adventures have been biking solo around Fiji, Raratonga and New Zealand, motorscootering through Spain, Portugal and France, hot air ballooning in Kenya, sailing around the Galapagos and travelling along the Avenue of the Volcanos in Equador. My passion for real estate ownership began at the age of 25 when I bought my first home and realized the importance of home ownership… as a home and as a financial investment. This led to other purchases and learning about renovations. I believed so strongly in owning real estate that I decided to make a career change and work helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. I will go the distance for you!
